As Lead User Experience Designer at Cigna, I research, plan, and architect the user experience design for the web, and mobile. I lead the creation of digital products made from a user’s perspective. I devise interaction strategies in sync with user and clients’ business goals. I tirelessly advocate for the needs and goals of real users. I develop strategic and tactical UX decisions related to design and usability as well as features and functions of a project. I also perform usability assessments and tests of interactive systems.
Results:
I led a team of designers to refresh the Medicare site in 2020 resulting in a 6% increase in conversion for Medicare Advantages pages, a 20% conversion increase for Part D pages, and a 9% conversion increase for Medicare Supplemental Plans pages.
My role as UX lead included:
UX design, UX Research, Competitive Research, Wireframing, Prototyping, Use Cases and User Testing.
